Dear Business Supporter of NAFEPA:

The National Association of Federal Education Program Administrators is very pleased to announce our 47th annual NAFEPA Conference. We will once again be at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC, and our dates are March 21-23, 2022.

The conference will provide a national forum for our members/attendees who will hear from a wide assortment of presenters including representatives of the U.S. Department of Education and others who are very knowledgeable of federal education programs and pending legislation. The conference will provide businesses who choose to become sponsors and/or exhibitors with many opportunities for networking and sharing information with educators who administer federal education programs.

We appreciate your interest in our organization and our annual conference! We are offering several ways you can be involved with our NAFEPA conference in 2022. You can become a sponsor of an event at the conference and/or you can also become an exhibitor.

      (Only Ten Available)

      $2,000 Due February 15, 2022

      Includes:

      • 1 table for each day (2.5 days) Spring Conference (Includes 1 attendee registration)
      • Company name listed in the electronic conference program
      • Access to Email List of Conference Attendees (Pre and Post Conference)

        Exhibitor’ tables will be located in the Regency Ballroom where the general sessions will be occurring. Internet access is free, but ELECTRICITY ACCESS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE OMNI. (Download Hotel Electrical Request form to register.)

        Additional company representative(s) must register for the conference as an attendee at the registration rate at time of purchase.

        During the conference, there will be a “Golden Ticket" promotion to encourage attendees to visit every exhibitor’s booth. The “Golden Ticket” drawing will be Wednesday morning. Exhibitors may donate prizes for “Golden Ticket” drawings, and the donations will be announced.

        To encourage attendees to visit our exhibitors during the conference, exhibitors may also donate prizes (egift cards) for drawings they conduct. Exhibitors are responsible for delivering prizes electronically using the attendee email list.
